You may have the wrong impression that the pre-owned goods market is exclusive and that you need lots of experience to participate.

Eligibility for participation

You need 「古物商許可証」”Kobutsusho-kyokasho”, Used Goods Dealer Permit, issued by public safety commission.
Please check the“New member registration procedure page”for details.

※Please contact the police office that administers your area about the ”Kobutsusho-kyokasho” Used Goods Dealer Permit.

Each venue deals in different products.

Products in Brand-new to C class condition,most of them are luxury brand products.(bags,watches,jewelries,apparels, precious metals etc... )

Our auction deals in precious metals. You can sell items for usable or intrinsic value which are difficult to sell by yourself

Brand items not sold at Shinagawa.(bags,watches,jewelries,apparels, precious metals etc... )
